Katherine Matychak, mother of Mother Christophora, Abbess of the Monastery of the Transfiguration, Elwood City, PA, and Archpriest Andrew Matychak, Altoona, PA, fell asleep in the Lord after suffering a heart attack at her home here on September 24, 2010.

Tentative arrangements include visitations at Saint Vladimir Church, Lopez, PA on Monday, September 27 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m., with Parastas at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services and interment will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 28.
