Archbishop Kyrill Recouperating At Home

His Eminence, Archbishop Kyrill of Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania, is recouperating at his residence at the Diocesan Chancery here after experiencing a fall in which he broke his shoulder.

Archbishop Kyrill, who is the senior hierarch on the Holy Synod of Bishops of the Orthodox Church in America, fell during a visit to Holy Trinity Church, New Salem, PA, on Holy Wednesday. While he was unable to celebrate the remaining Holy Week and Paschal services, he did attend services. Physicians report that he is making a speedy recovery despite severe pain and discomfort.
