St. Nicholas Orthodox School in Cuyahoga Falls, OH, opened the doors of its first elementary-school campus in August 2000.

CUYAHOGA FALLS, OH [OCA Communications] — Saint Nicholas Orthodox School here has an immediate opening for the position of principal for the 2006-2007 academic year.

In addition to overseeing the academic and spiritual life of the school and its students, duties include the supervision of staff and faculty, maintaining student discipline, and tending to daily administrative operations. The principal also serves as the liaison between parents, the school board, area Orthodox parishes, and the local community. Prior experience and familiarity with state and local regulations and programs are required.

A degree in the areas of education and curriculum studies and/or educational administration is required. Salary is negotiable.
