Parish Background

The Companions of New Skete is a monastic community for married couples. As a religious community in the Orthodox Church in America, it exists for the spiritual growth of its members in fellowship with the Monks and Nuns of New Skete, and by extension, for the spiritual growth of the Church and the world at large.  The community offers guest accommodations for married couples, as part of its mission to the church and to the public who desire to participate in monastic life for a brief time.
