Photo galleries of 103rd Pilgrimage to St Tikhon’s Monastery now available
Photo galleries of the 103rd pilgrimage to Saint Tikhon’s Monastery here May 25-28, 2007, are now available for viewing on the Orthodox Church in America’s web site.
The delay in posting the pilgrimage gallery and other galleries was due to the recent computer systems upgrades at the OCA Chancery.
Highlights of the pilgrimage include the opening Vigil on Friday evening; the hierarchical Divine Liturgy on Saturday; the 65th commencement ceremony of Saint Tikhon’s Seminary, during which His Eminence, Metropolitan Philip of the Antiochian Orthodox Christian Archdiocese of North America, delivered the commencement address and was awarded an honorary Doctor of Divinity degree; the concelebration of the Divine Liturgy on the Great Feast of Pentecost by His Beatitude, Metropolitan Herman, His Grace, Bishop Tikhon, and His Grace, Bishop Mark; the Sunday evening banquet honoring the 2007 graduates; and the services celebrated on Memorial Day, including the Divine Liturgy concelebrated by Metropolitan Herman, Bishops Tikhon and Mark, His Grace, Bishop Nikon, and His Grace, Bishop Mercurius of the Moscow Patriarchate.
