Wife of former Chancellor initiates lawsuit against OCA
Elizabeth Kondratick, wife of former OCA Chancellor, Robert S. Kondratick, has initiated a lawsuit in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Nassau, against the Orthodox Church in America. Mrs. Kondratick claims that the OCA owes her $250,000.00 plus interest, based on an alleged agreement made in 2002 between her husband, Robert S. Kondratick, and Metropolitan Theodosius.
The Metropolitan Council is now determining the most appropriate way to respond.
