Great Vespers at a Vigil: Sunday (Sat. eve.)

Resurrection, with 1 or 2 lesser saints or a saint having 6 stichera or great doxology rank; not during a forefeast or afterfeast

Lord, I Call: 7 resurrection + 3 saint. (If it is a saint of 6-stichera rank: 6 resurrection + 4 saint; if there are two saints, 4 resurrection + 3 first saint + 3 second saint); glory: saint (if there is one prescribed); now: the theotokion - namely the dogmatikon in the tone of the week. (If there is no glory for the saint, we sing glory and now: and the dogmatikon).

Litya: Sticheron of the temple; glory, saint (if there is a glory*); now: theotokion. (The sticheron of the temple is the first hymn from the litya of the patronal feast of the temple, if the temple is of a saint. But if the temple is of a feast of Christ or the Theotokos, we sing a sticheron from the litya of the patronal feast; glory and now: feast.)

Aposticha: All resurrection; glory, saint (if there is one); now, resurrectional aposticha theotokion in the tone of the glory. If there is no glory for the saint: glory and now: the resurrectional aposticha theotokion of the tone.

Troparia: Rejoice, Virgin Theotokos (3x). (If vigil is not served: Resurrection; glory, saint; now: theotokion in the tone of the glory. If the saint does not have a troparion, then we sing the troparion of the resurrection: glory and now: resurrectional theotokion in the same tone)

* If the saint has great doxology, the saint’s aposticha hymns are sung at litya.
