Invitation to Participate in the 14th All-American Council’s Exhibit Hall

Dear Friends of the Orthodox Church in America,

As a business or service possibly wishing to exhibit your products at the Orthodox Church in America’s 14th All-American Council, it is my pleasure to announce that the Council will be held July 17-22, 2005 in Toronto, Ontario. This year’s Council will bring nearly 2000 participants representing over 675 parishes from across North America.

The Exhibit Hall at the 14th All-American Council, will provide you with an excellent opportunity to meet your customers and to display and market your merchandise or services to clergy, parish representatives and visitors attending the Council from across Canada, the United States, and Mexico.

The exhibit area will be located in the Sheraton Hall of the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel in downtown Toronto, Ontario. Display booths, each measuring 8’ x 10’, will provide you with an unobstructed exhibit space directly across from the main entrance to the Council’s Plenary Session Hall.

Please find enclosed with this letter an Exhibitor’s Prospectus, which includes all of the information you’ll need to know before coming to the 14th All-American Council. Included with the Prospectus are the Exhibitor’s Contract Application, a 14th All-American Council Observer Registration Form, Hotel Registration forms, a brochure about the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel, and the Customs Verification letter from the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency which you’ll need to bring with you when entering Canada to attend the Council.

Information about the Commemorative Program book is also included to allow you the opportunity to advertise in the publication that will not only be given to everyone who attends the Council, but also to representatives of other church communities, providing you with an unparalleled means of advertising to Orthodox churches around the world.

To reserve an exhibit booth, please complete the Contract Application and Council Observer Registration Form and submit them and a deposit in the amount of $300 to 14th All-American Council Exhibits, Attn: Jean-Ellen DeSpain, c/o Prime Osborn Convention Center, 1000 Water Street, Jacksonville, FL 32204 before June 3, 2005. Payment should be by credit card or check payable in US funds to the Orthodox Church in America / 14th All-American Council Exhibits.
