Sunday, August 9, 2015, marks the 45th Anniversary of the Canonization of Saint Herman of Alaska, which took place in Kodiak, AK.
The feast is being celebrated this weekend during the annual pilgrimage honoring North America’s first saint in Kodiak, AK, where His Beatitude, Metropolitan Tikhon; His Grace, Bishop David of Sitka and Alaska; and His Grace, Bishop Daniel of Santa Rosa are joining pilgrims from near and far.
