New edition of young adult “Wonder” blog now available
The newest edition of “Wonder,” the official blog the Department of Youth, Young Adult, and Campus Ministry of the Orthodox Church in America, is now available at wonder.oca.org. Titled “A Word from the Apostles,” this edition focuses on the Gospel of Jesus Christ told through writing of His Apostles.
In his article, “Except Through Fasting and Prayer,” Priest Richard Flom shares the apostolic teachings on these ancient disciplines. Priest Dustin Lyon takes a closer look at the First Epistle of Peter, while Harrison Russin looks at the epistles of John through the lens of an eye test. Finally, blog editor Deacon Jason Ketz offers a close examination of the Epistle of James.
Readers are always invited to submit articles, creative writing and artwork, poetry, photos, and videos for future installments. Suggested topics are always welcome.
