Article XIV

Effective Date

This Statute shall be in effect immediately upon its adoption by the Second All-American Council of October 19th-21st, 1971.
NOTE   All amendments through the Fifteenth All-American Council (2008) are included in this text. Appropriate editorial changes have been made where needed.
