(i.e. Sunday eve, Mon eve., through Thursday eve.) Ordinary day (not a Forefeast or Afterfeast) with a saint having 6 stichera or a great doxology
Lord, I Call: 6 stichera for the saint (usually 3 are provided and each is sung twice); glory: saint; now: theotokion from the octoechos in the tone of the glory, for the day (found in the back of the menaion); but on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, the stavrotheotokion given in the menaion for the day. If the saint is of great doxology rank, dogmatikon in the tone of the glory.
Aposticha: octoechos; glory: saint; now: theotokion from the octoechos in the tone of the glory, for the day (found in the back of the menaion); but on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, stavrotheotokion given in the menaion for the day. But if the saint is of doxology rank, there will be found in the menaion stichera prescribed (to be sung at the aposticha instead of those of the octoechos), with refrains, and a glory and a theotokion.
Troparia: saint; glory and now: dismissal theotokion from the Octoechos in the same tone, for the day. If the saint has a doxology, then the resurrectional theotokion in the same tone is used, rather than the one for the day.
