On the second day of the Autumn Session of the Holy Synod of Bishops, the Divine Liturgy was celebrated at Protection of the Theotokos Church in Falls Church, VA. Following the liturgy, His Beatitude Metropolitan Tikhon celebrated Lity for the Departed for the departed hierarchs of the Orthodox Church in America and the family members of the Holy Synod.
On Tuesday, November 5, His Beatitude Metropolitan Tikhon opened the Autumn Session of the Holy Synod of Bishops, convened in Springfield, VA.
On May 2, 2024, His Beatitude Metropolitan Tikhon consecrated Holy Chrism during the Vesperal Divine Liturgy of Great and Holy Thursday at St. Tikhon’s Monastery, South Canaan, PA.
