Archbishop Nathaniel to represent OCA at enthronement of Romanian Patriarch Daniel

On September 17, 2007, His Beatitude, Metropolitan Herman, received an invitation from His Eminence, Metropolitan Daniel of Moldova and Bucovina, Patriarchate-Elect of the Romanian Orthodox Church, to attend his enthronement as the sixth Patriarch of Romania on Sunday, September 30, 2007.

“While hoping that you will be able to share in the joy of the hierarchs of the Holy Synod, of the Romanian Orthodox clergy, monks, nuns, and faithful for the enthronement of their First Hierarch, namely H.E. Daniel, Metropolitan of Moldova and Bucovina, we address Your Beatitude the brotherly invitation to participate in these blessed celebrations,” the invitation reads.

His Eminence, Archbishop Nathaniel of Detroit and the Romanian Episcopate and the Very Rev. Remus Grama, dean of Saint Mary Cathedral, Cleveland, OH, will represent Metropolitan Herman and the Orthodox Church in America at the enthronement.
