FOCA to sponsor leadership training summit

BROADVIEW HEIGHTS, OH [OCA Communications] — A leadership training summit for young adults holding membership in the Fellowship of Orthodox Christians in America [FOCA] will be held at the Woodside Party Center located on the grounds of Saint Michael Russian Orthodox Church here on Friday, April 28, 2006.

The summit is being held in conjunction with the FOCA’s national basketball tournament April 28-30. The FOCA’s Cleveland chapter 4/6 will sponsor the tournament and host the summit.

The summit will offer a meaningful leadership training activity desitned to inform, inspire, encourage, and support the development and involvement of future FOCA leaders.

FOCA members aged 18 and older are encouraged to attend the summit to understand the many facets of leadership responsibilities in the FOCA. The summit presenters are FOCA members who have held numerous district and national offices and committee responsibilities. They are excited to share their experiences with the participants and help them in developing their leadership skills within the FOCA.
