Hotel reservations now open for 15th All-American Council
The 15th All-American Council of the Orthodox Church in America will take place November 10 to 13, 2008, at the Hilton Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA. Room reservations at the Hilton Pittsburgh are now open to AAC delegates and observers at a special conference rate of $129.00 plus tax. This special group rate is extended by the Hilton three days before and after the Council dates, but is subject to availability.
Reservations can be made the following ways:
1. Internet: A personalized webpage has been created for the Orthodox Church in America to aid in making reservations and can be accessed at: http://www.hilton.com/en/hi/groups/personalized/PITPHHF-ODX-20081109/index.jhtml. Alternately, refer to http://www.hilton.com or www.pittsburgh.hilton.com, and enter the group code (ODX) into the Group/Convention Code field.
2. Telephone: Call 1-800-HILTONS and ask for group code ODX.
The deadline for hotel reservations is October 20, 2008; however, this cut off date is based on availability. A limited room block has been reserved and it is suggested that delegates and observers make their reservations early.
