In Memoriam: Protodeacon Nicholas Fedak
Protodeacon Nicholas Fedak of Saints Peter and Paul Church here fell asleep in the Lord on Wednesday, October 7, 2009, at the age of 90. He had been in declining health for several months.
Protodeacon Nicholas faithfully served Saints Peter and Paul parish since his ordination in 1968. He recently received a Synodal Gramota in recognition of his years of dedicated ministry.
He is survived by his wife, Matushka Mildred.
Visitation will be held at Saints Peter and Paul Church, 1411 SW 11 St., Miami, on Friday, October 9 at 6:00 p.m. A Panikhida will be celebrated at 7:00 p.m.
The Funeral Service will be celebrated at Saints Peter and Paul Church on Saturday, October 10, at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Miami.
