IOCC issues emergency appeal to aid victims of Chinese earthquake

On Tuesday, May 13, 2008, International Orthodox Christian Charities issued an emergency appeal to aid relief work in areas of China hit by a massive earthquake on May 12. Over 13,000 people have been reported dead.

IOCC will provide cash support to its ecumenical partners who are on the ground and evaluating the damage throughout the affected areas. IOCC’s cash grant will help provide emergency relief supplies for the survivors.
