OCF announces Young Adult Conferences December 27-31, 2005

LIGONIER, PA [OCA Communications] — The Orthodox Christian Fellowship will hold its annual conferences for college-age young adults December 27-31, 2005.

The theme of the conferences is “Abide in Me, and I in you.”

The east coast conference wil be held at Antiochian Village, Ligonier, PA. Protopresbyter Thomas Hopko, dean emeritus of Saint Vladimir’s Seminary, Crestwood, NY, will be the keynote speaker. Among the other speakers are the Rev. Luke Veronis, Mother Magdelena, and Mr. Daniel Abraham.

Priestmonk Jonah [Paffhausen], abbot of Saint John of Shanghai and San Francisco Monastery, will be the keynote speaker at the west coast conference at Saint Nicholas Ranch, Dunlap, CA. Other speakers include the Rev. Chris Salamy, Mr. Michael Kallas, and Ms. Katrina Bitar.

In addition to liturgical services, lectures, and religious discussions, the conferences will feature a number of social activities and outings.
