This proposed agenda is subject to approval at the first plenary session of the All-American Council and to further revision.

Sign-up for the Tuesday Luncheon Forums will take place at registration. Participants are required to indicate if they would like a bag lunch (fast free or fast) for the Forums at that time.

Continental Breakfast stations will be in located in the Grand Ballroom Foyer with seating provided in the Grand Ballroom 3 & 4 with overflow in the Vendors and Displayer areas

Friends of Bill W will have access, 24 hours a day, to the Chartiers Room.

If case of emergency, if a Council participant cannot be reached in another manner, please call the AAC secretarial room in the Forbes Room on the Lobby Level.
