Urgent Announcement concerning All-American Council Hotel Reservations

On Wednesday, March 27, 2002, it was brought to the attention of the Chancery of the Orthodox Church in America that the telephone numbers for the Renaissance Orlando Resort at Seaworld, Orlando, FL, site of the OCA’s 13th All-American Council July 21-26, 2002 were incorrect on hotel registration forms sent to all parishes.

The correct numbers to call when making and confirming reservations are 800/327-6677 toll free and 407/351-5555. The hotel fax number is 407/351-9991.

The hotel management apologizes for this mistake and is printing corrected forms which will be sent directly to all parishes.
