Important Dates and Deadline for Upcoming All-American Council
As previously announced, the 21st All-American Council will take place at the Arizona Grand Resort in Phoenix, AZ on July 14-18, 2025.
Please note the following deadlines:
- Council Exhibitor registration closes: June 13, 2025.
- Youth Staff & Volunteer registration closes: June 13, 2025.
- Council registration and Youth registration: June 13, 2025.
- Hotel Room Reservations: June 13, 2025.
Registration for delegates and observers, for the hotel, and for the youth event is accessible through the AAC Website. Vendors and exhibitors will find the appropriate forms on the website.
The Agenda for the All-American Council will be published sixty (60) days prior to the date set for the convening of the Council.
In accordance with Article XVII of the Statute, any “proposed amendment must be submitted to the Commission on Canons and Statute at least ninety (90) days prior to the date set for the convening of an All-American Council” (Section 2). That date occurs on April 15, 2025.
Also, according to the Statute, “Final drafts of proposed amendments, together with recommendations of the Commission on Canons and Statute, shall be disseminated at least sixty (60) days prior to the date set for the convening of the All-American Council” (Section 3). That date occurs on May 15, 2022.
