New Metrical Book now available
With the blessing of the Holy Synod of Bishops of the Orthodox Church in America and in cooperation with Saint Vladimir’s Seminary Press [SVS Press], a new Metrical Book is now available.
The hard cover volume—used to record parish sacramental celebrations—includes registries for baptisms, receptions into the Church, marriages and funerals. An index is included for convenient cross-referencing of records by looking up surnames listed in alphabetical order.
The Metrical Book may be purchased online from SVS Press. It is not available through any of SVS Press’s distributors or Amazon.com but will be available for purchase at the 19th All-American Council.
