Office of Pastoral life announces in-person Pastoral Conference on October 17-20, 2023
The Office of Pastoral Life is planning a Pastoral Conference in October 2023. While registration will open in January 2023, the Office is asking all priests and hierarchs of the Orthodox Church in America to save the date.
The Synaxis: National Clergy Retreat for Active and Retired Priests of the Orthodox Church in America will take place on October 17-20, 2023 at the University of Saint Mary of the Lake Conference Center in Mundelein, IL (Greater Chicago). Some of the highlights include shared meals and fellowship, morning and evening prayer, engaging education sessions, free afternoon in Chicago, a Hierarchical Liturgy. Registration will open in January 2023 at an estimated cost of $500 per person to include room and meals. Travel costs not included. This event is open only to hierarchs and priests.
