The Council, to be held in the Seattle suburb of Bellevue, October 31-November 4, 2011, is the first to be convened in the OCA’s Diocese of the West.
Each packet contains a registration form for clergy and lay delegates, observers, and retired clergy. Observers will be permitted to register on a daily basis. Registration forms should be returned to the OCA Chancery no later than August 1, 2011.
Additional forms for Council breakout sessions and other groups are included in the packet.
The Strategic Plan and subsequent working group material will constitute the Council’s study material. Reports and resolutions will be posted 30 days before the Council. In order to defray expenses, all reports will be posted on the OCA website for download by delegates, who are requested to bring hard copies with them. Notebooks and bags will be provided at the Council registration desk.
