Revised Strategic Plan now posted; consider becoming part of the process!
The Strategic Plan overwhelmingly approved at the recent 16th All-American Council is now posted in PDF format.
Revisions to the Plan reflect the input of some 450 participants at All-American Council workshops. A Post-Conciliar Committee formed by the Metropolitan Council will encourage and provide oversight for the implementation of the Plan.
Implementation team leaders have been identified for each of the eight major goals reflected in the Plan. They will be responsible for assembling the implementation teams and managing implementation of their respective goals.
The implementation team leads associated with each of the goals are as follows.
Contemporary Issues:

The next major step is for each of the implementation teams to develop a plan describing how they will accomplish their goal. These in turn will be presented to the Metropolitan Council and Lesser Synod at the end of February. After the discussion of the plans and receiving the approval of the Metropolitan Council and the blessing of the Lesser Synod, the teams will begin putting the plans into action.
