Second Youth Department job search webinar to be held February 21
The Department of Youth, Young Adult, and Campus Ministry of the Orthodox Church in America will host its second in a series of job search skills webinars on Thursday, February 21 at 8:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
“The topic for this month’s webinar is ‘Cover Letters, Branding, and Networking: The Finer Details of the Job Search’,” according to Andrew Boyd, OCA Youth Director. “The webinar will focus on creating a personal and unique ‘brand’ that builds an accurate and attractive image of you to potential employers. We will also look at how to broadcast that ‘brand’ through your social network.”
The presenter will be Tatiana Hoff, a graduate student in Organizational Psychology employed at Deloitte in New York, NY, since completing her undergraduate studies in 2007. At Deloitte, Tatiana works in the Human Capital Consulting function and advises Fortune 500 companies across industries as they address their business challenges through transformative HR solutions around talent strategies (attraction, recruitment, selection and retention), leadership development and education, HR outsourcing and strategic global mobility. As a student, she held internships at Citigroup and Morgan Stanley, where she was part of the candidate selection process in reviewing candidate resumes, among other things. She and her husband, Jeff, are members of Saints Peter and Paul Church, Jersey City, NJ.
