STOTS holds spring Board meeting
Members of Saint Tikhon’s Seminary Board of Trustees held their spring meeting at the seminary here on February 25-26, 2016.
“During the course of committee and full board meetings, the trustees undertook a number of agenda items related to our upcoming accreditation review with the Association of Theological Schools,” said Archpriest Dr. Steven Voytovich, Dean. “They also took time to have a current seminarian share dynamics of his journey first to seminary, and now in the midst of seminary studies. Deacon John Kennerk, a seminarian from the Orthodox Church in America’s Diocese of the Midwest who was ordained to the diaconate in January, shared how he and his wife Michelle together reached a decision to attend seminary, with their daughter Inez, and their efforts now to incorporate both their son Anthony and ordination into their daily lives at the seminary. His witness was most moving for all present!”
