Youth Department “Wonder” on-line journal begins fifth year
The Orthodox Church in America Department of Youth, Young Adult, and Campus Ministries’ on-line publication, “Wonder”, has justed marked its fifth year of publication.
Theme of the most recent issue is “Why am I still Here?” with authors offering insights into why they have remained active in the life of the Church.
Priest John Vitko, a member of the Metropolitan Council and Chancellor of the Archdiocese of Washington, answers with “Because God is Here and He Loves us.” Priest Benjamin Tucci of Saint Mary’s Cathedral, Minneapolis, MN, offered “Because I was Invited.” Susan Lickwar Lukianov credits her parent’s with the strength of her faith as an adult. Lastly, Catherine Golitzin shares her experience of coming back to the Church during college.
