Steward Sunday: Office of Pastoral Life
Through its Office of Pastoral Life, the Orthodox Church in America promotes clergy health and well-being. At its recent meeting in Cleveland, OH, the Metropolitan Council wished to commend the Clergy Synaxis Program organized by the Office of Pastoral Life, and thanked the Office for creating this innovative effort during the stressful times of the pandemic. These Synaxis gatherings, based on the model of peer learning, have brought together priests and deacons from every Diocese of the Orthodox Church in America.
