OCA Pension Board meets, posts updated info, forms
The Orthodox Church in America’s Pension Board met at the Chancery here on Wednesday, December 14, 2010.
A major topic of discussion was the dissemination of information about the Plan. Board members made the commitment to update and maintain information on the Pension Plan on the OCA web site to provide clergy, full time church workers, and parish officials with forms related to participation in the Plan. The updated Summary Plan Description, highlight brochure, and numerous administrative forms are now available for review and use at www.oca.org/DOdept.asp?SID=5&LID=17.
The Orthodox Church in America Pension Plan serves over 300 active participants and more than 125 retirees, widows, and beneficiaries. Participation in the Plan has been mandated for all clergy and is available for all full-time Church workers.
