Services alternate between SS. Peter and Paul Church in Altoona and Holy Ascension Church in Colver. Visitors are urged to check the website’s Monthly Calendar for the exact time, type and location of services, especially on Sundays. Visitors are also asked to call for Lenten and Holy Paschal services.

Parish Background
The Charter of Incorporation was filled on October 4, 1915. The following were Charter Members: Peter S Halkovich, who later became the first pastor; Abraham George Burkett, Michael Twardon, Stephan Szuhaj, Elias Bartus and Elias G Burket.
Our first trustees were Bishop Evdokim (Myscherski), Peter D Halkovich, Michael Twardon, Stephan Szuhaj and Abraham G Burkett.
The early organizers and founders were: Stephan Kulmatycki, Eustachim Kulmatycki, Basil Maruschak, Theodore Paraschak, Peter Migelicz, Michael Posmetuh, Peter Lysak, Stephan Magac Sr, Nicholas Kluba, Dimitri Siry, John Krywokulski, John Melnich, John Loziniak, John Kulmatycki, Andrew Hrinko, Anthony Boyko, Gregory Susnovsky, John Zapotoczny, Dimitri Bajsa, and Joakim Wozniak.
The parish continues today because of the dedication of her members and the example her founders set.
