Madracita Martha fell asleep in the Lord on June 14, 2024, in the Philippines where she resided with her son, Murray.
She will be remembered with great affection for her warm smile, sparkling eyes filled with kindness and love to all.
Through the many years of their marriage, she supported and stood with her beloved husband, the late Father Ernesto, raising her children and serving both Christ and His church.
She is survived by three sons and one daughter, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She will be interned next to Father Ernesto at Saints Martha and Mary Monastery in Greenville, SC at a future date.
Panakhidas will be prayed this Sunday, June 15, after the Divine Liturgys at both Saint James Orthodox Church (Port St. Lucie, FL) and at Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church (Ft. Pierce, FL) on behalf of Madracita Martha.
