His Beatitude Metropolitan Tikhon celebrates the anniversary of his Enthronement as Archbishop of Washington, Metropolitan of All America and Canada. Elected by the 17th All American Council in November 2012, His Beatitude was enthroned on January 27, 2013 at the Cathedral of Saint Nicholas, Washington D.C.
