His Beatitude, Metropolitan Tikhon offered an invocation at the 31st Rose Dinner, held on Friday evening, January 25, 2013, at the Regency Ballroom of the Hyatt Regency on Capitol Hill, Washington, DC. The annual event was a culmination of 2013 March for Life programme.
Other dinner speakers included Patrick Kelly, Chair of the March for Life; Jeanne Monahan, President of the March for Life; Margaret Hartshorn, President of Heartbeat International; and NJ Representative Christopher Smith.
Metropolitan Tikhon was accompanied by other members of the Holy Synod of Bishops of the Orthodox Church in America.
