On Sunday, July 18, 2022, His Beatitude Metropolitan Tikhon and members of the Holy Synod of Bishops of the Orthodox Church in America concelebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor Hotel, site of the 20th All-American Council, which opens on Monday evening, July 18, and the 95th annual national Convention of the Fellowship of Orthodox Christians in America, which opened July 15.
