His Beatitude, Metropolitan Tikhon, presided at the meeting of the Board of Saint Vladimir’s Seminary, Crestwood, NY and attended the 30th annual lecture in memory of the late Protopresbyter Alexander Schmemann, delivered by Dr. Peter Brown, on Friday, January 18, 2013. The occasion marked the first time that Metropolitan Tikhon presided as President of the seminary since his election as Primate of the Orthodox Church in America on November 13, 2012.
