Sunday morning Hierarchical Divine Liturgy was followed by a Youth Brunch. Council Registration opened later in the day, and a welcome reception was held in the main Atrium of the Hotel for all participants in the 13th All-American Council. The displays and exhibits from nearly every Organization within the Orthodox Church in America were available for Council participants to see and bring materials back home to their parishes to share with the faithful. That evening, the Pension Board meeting was held to review and prepare all necessary assignments for presentation to the delegates at the 13th All-American Council.
