On Thursday, April 16, 2004, Protopresbyter Robert S. Kondratick, OCA Chancellor, and the V. Rev. Leonid Kishkovsky, OCA External Affairs and Interchurch Relations Officer, met with His Holiness, Patriarch ALEKSY II of Moscow and All Russia to discuss final preparations for the return of the wonder-working Tikhvin icon of the Mother of God to Russia in July 2004.
