On Wednesday, March 24, His Beatitude Metropolitan Tikhon received His Grace Bishop Andrei of Cleveland, Auxiliary to the Romanian Orthodox Episcopate of America, in his private office at the Chancery of the Orthodox Church in America. The two hierarchs met and discussed a wide range of issues including the upcoming regular Spring Session of the Holy Synod.
